Great bathroom and friendly staff. Just watch out for the noisy street outside. Those street cleaners woke us up! Perfect spot for exploring though!

It is not far from the airport. We walked everywhere in Murcia and to bars and a tapas bar nearby. The staff was friendly, doing great job. Do recommend for everyone

This good all round hotel had cosy atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely with cheese and croissants, for example, and had all you need. The location was excellent, for example, Plaza de las Flores was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. The provided service was good. Besides, parking was available nearby. Greatly enjoyed it

Comfy bed and clean linen made for a restful night.
The view from our room was nothing more than a wall. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable, leaving us feeling stuffy without the option to open a window.

Very helpful staff. Very accommodating about changing our room to one with bigger beds. Great views from our balcony and great position as in the centre of town but not too noisy.
It is a shame the nice rooms with balconies do not have bigger beds.

Excellent location, friendly and efficient staff.
Unfortunately bathroom ( and consequently bedroom) suffered from very unpleasant smell. Staff tried to deal with it and when unsuccessful decided to move us to a different room.

The room terrace was huge and great for sunbathing in the 104 degree heat! The Gran Rhin bar next door is great for beer and tapas The room was sufficient for a city break, it was extremely clean, with a lovely bathroom of a modern design.
No tea/coffee making facilities

The room was cozy at best, but we were shocked to find only one chair on the terrace. For a double room, don't you think two chairs would have been common sense? Not to mention, a welcome drink woudl have been a nice touch, but I guess that was too much to ask for. Disappointing, really.

I can't say what I liked best, because everything was perfect: the location, parking lot, customer service, room, views of St. Peter's Square, smell of the flower stands in the nearby square of the same name... gastronomic offer of the surroundings and its location very close to the Cathedral of Murcia, jewel of the Baroque, make this hotel the ideal place to visit the city... If we add to that the quality/price ratio, it only remains to say that, from now on, it will be my hotel forever, I visit Murcia... PS: It is also within walking distance of the best shops for shopping and, of course, of banks, wonderful gardens, such as the Malecon (with a charming promenade by the Segura River), Glorieta, with the City Hall and some refreshing fountains, delight children and adults alike, in an artistic environment of high value... I think, you can't ask for more.
Everything was perfect.

Clean, comfortable room with a large bathroom. Parking details unclear and quite expensive, frustrating.

It is very well located in town Murcia, close to Bus station, town, quiet and clean room.
Poor breakfast. The buffet does not worst, better go to Plaza de las Flores for a half price way better breakfast.
